A physician since 2000, Dr Christian Jessen is perhaps best known for presenting the Channel 4 shows ‘Embarrassing Bodies’ and ‘Supersize VS Superskinny’. A medical advisor to both patients at his practice and the general British public, through his work he aims to help raise awareness and understanding of both complex and everyday medical conditions.
Dr Jessen trained in general medicine, infectious disease, travel medicine and sexual health at University College London. He now works on the world famous Harley Street in London, caring for general medicine and sexual health patients.
A Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist at The Raphael Medical Centre in Kent, Dr Anita Rose is a highly specialist Clinical Neuropsychologist who works in field of MS. She has had an interest in neuropsychology and has obtained extensive experience in this field since 1998. In addition to her work at The Raphael Medical Centre, Dr Rose is Vice Chair for the South African MS Society (Western Cape) and Co-Chair for the RIMS NeuroSIG.
A Consultant at the Newcastle's Royal Victoria Infirmary since 2003, Dr Martin Duddy is a Neurologist with a subspecialty interest in MS. An honorary Senior Lecturer (Newcastle University), he is also associate subdean for undergraduate medical education and local principal investigator for a range of collaborative trials in MS.
Del is an MS Clinical Nurse Specialist working in Herefordshire for the Wye Valley NHS Trust. Del has been an MS Nurse for over 12 years, and is Co-Chair of the UK MS Specialist Nurse Association. Del is also a Clinical Editor on MS publication MS Today.
